Refund policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging.
  • Refunds are only offered for defective/faulty items
  • Exchanges are available for wrong size purchases
  • Change of mind returns will receive a store credit

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  • Contact us at kodascrubs@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant details.

Return Shipping:

  • KODA will provide a prepaid shipping label for the exchange or refund of defective items only 
  • Postage for change of mind, size exchange returns are at the cost of the customer (we can provide return labels for fee of $10)
  • KODA will cover postage of size exchanged scrubs once - if you need to change sizes more than once the customer will cover both return of wrong size scrubs and postage of the new size. It is important to compare measurements to our size guide to avoid this issue. 
  • This applied to orders placed within Australia. 

Exchanges:

  • We offer direct exchanges for wrong size selection.
  • Contact us at kodascrubs@gmail.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to facilitate an exchange, or a voucher for store credit.

Refund Process (defective products only):

  • Refunds are only available for faulty or defective products.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. This does NOT apply to items discounted at the checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Restocking Fee:

  • KODA reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for items returned in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy.
